1. Using Konevo

You may use, modify, and run Konevo only as allowed by the applicable PolyForm license. The project license covers personal and noncommercial use as well as internal business use, but does not permit redistribution, resale, hosted or managed service use for third parties, white-labeling, or sublicensing without prior written permission.

2. Self-hosted responsibility

Konevo is self-hosted. The operator of an instance is responsible for its infrastructure, backups, security, user access, data retention, integrations, and compliance with applicable privacy, employment, marketing, and communications laws.

3. Email, Gmail, and automation

You must connect only email accounts you are authorised to use. You are responsible for the messages you send, the recipients you contact, consent and suppression requirements, and every automation you enable. Konevo must not be used to send spam, bypass Gmail safeguards, or violate Google, email-provider, or applicable-law requirements.

4. AI features

AI features use the provider and API key configured by the instance operator. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular situation. Review every generated task, draft, and recommendation before relying on it or sending it.

5. Third-party services

Google, Gmail, calendar services, AI providers, hosting providers, and other integrations are independent services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for configuring and using those services lawfully.
